Wedding & Event Venue Business Coach in areas of Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Business Development. Contracts with Venue Owners to help develop their business infrastructure & processes, and ultimately, increase their sales. Services included audits, mystery shops, website analysis, sales pipeline review, software implementations, training for teams, conversion mapping & goal setting, revenue forecasting.

20+ Wedding & Event Venues in Texas & Oklahoma. Promoted to VP of Marketing in summer 2017; grew team to 3 full time, 1 part time. Developed marketing & sales strategy for content, social media, branding, website, sales pipelines, newsletters, ad campaigns, print assets, pricing strategy, and customer journeys from initial inquiry through booking. Face of company for PR & review responses, and online across 18 social media platforms and 1 brand Facebook Group of 8k members for customers (brides & grooms), plus vendors associated at each location in Oklahoma & Texas.Reduced marketing expenses by 40% in 5 years. Upon promotion as VP of Marketing, annual marketing expenses were $604K; by 2020, new strategies developed to increase sales and build more venues, while annual expenses dropped to $362K.Increased leads by 113% in 3 years. As VP of Marketing, I oversaw a website redesign, implemented new marketing campaigns, and trained all 14 GMs to adopt sales processes I developed. Leads increased from 15,433 company-wide in 2015 to 32,987 in 2018.

General Manager for sales, operations, and events for two on-site venues at the same location. Accepted the GM position at lowest performing venue of 22. By the end of one year, increased sales by 53% by implementing new sales processes, and improved to #1 venue of 22 with increased revenue of $840K to $1.2m in 2014-2015. Collaborated with Salesforce administrator to implement salesforce.com in 2015 and trained all managers company-wide in Texas & Oklahoma on new processes in 2016. Developed 300-pg. General Manager Handbook, a manual for marketing, sales, operations, recruiting, and event execution for all 22 venues. I spent two weeks onsite with each new General Manager for training and onboarding (9 total from 2015-2019).

Business development as a new start-up venue; transformation of a working ranch to a wedding & event venue. Pre-sales and project management to develop all business infrastructure for opening in 2013; CRM, contract, pricing, brochures & tour assets, vendor relationships, marketing & social media, blog articles for construction updates, website development, trade shows, all on-site tours & booking process with couples. Prior to opening, I wrote the business plan and recruited investors. In 11 months, I sold 76 events, paid in full for $370K+. I created the contract, a homemade CRM using Google products, a sales process and strategy. I corresponded with 1,000+ leads, gave all tours and was solely responsible for all facets ofthe business, with exception of permits & construction.
