The Commercial Rotation Program (CRP) is a 2-year accelerated program with rotations across a variety of businesses and locations. This program is designed to launch a new wave of future leaders. Throughout the program, associates take on two distinct roles in the commercial bank, enroll in rigorous classes, network, and collaborate on team projects. Initial onboarding began at the headquarters in McLean, VA and included advanced courses in financial statement analysis, excel, modeling, and valuation. During my final semester at Georgetown University, I was a Teaching Assistant (TA) for two economics courses (Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics). It is very rare for an undergraduate to be a TA for more than one economics course. Usually, only graduate students are allowed to be a TA for more than one course. However, because of my experience as a TA for Principles of Micro, I received recommendations and approval from the Department to be a TA for two courses. My duties as a Macroeconomics TA were somewhat similar to my roles as a Microeconomics TA. As a Macro TA, I had to stay updated on macroeconomic current events, memorized key facts and figures in macroeconomic history, attended lectures and took notes to upload online for the students, hosted weekly review sessions where I went over problems and answered students' questions (around 30 students attended my review sessions each time), held weekly office hours, answered students' questions online, graded exams and assignments, and met with the Professor and other TA's weekly to go over the course outline and goals. As well as being an undergraduate student at Georgetown, I worked an average of 12 hours per week as a TA for Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics. Skills developed as a TA included: public speaking, explaining and simplifying complex topics to large groups of students, interacting with the Professor and other TA's to plan and improve the course, organizing, presenting, enhancing students' learning experience, listening, and analyzing.

I was hired as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for a Principles of Microeconomics course including over 600 undergraduate students. As a TA, I had to organize weekly review sessions for students where I went over the material and explained difficult concepts and problems to students, led discussion sessions, graded exams and assignments, held office hours every week where students could seek extra assistance, answered students' questions on an online discussion board, and responded to students' emails. Furthermore, I often had to communicate with the Professor of the Principles of Microeconomics course and the other TA's to make plans for the course and suggest ways to improve the course.

I was a Commercial Bank Intern working with the Capital Markets Team, focusing on derivatives for commodities and foreign exchange.
