As studio manager, I set up and managed the daily operations of the yoga studio, doubling the studio’s monthly sales after 8 months. I maintained event and staff schedules and designed training programs for 10+ teachers as well as a studio volunteer program. I also designed and managed all marketing campaigns for the studio. I implemented print, email and social media marketing strategies to promote classes, events and workshops. With organic campaigns alone, my efforts increased the numbers of followers on Instagram and Facebook by ~300% since September 2017. I also maintained and updated the Urban Asanas website and managed software integrations using Squarespace. Every month I pulled financial and attendance reports, managed book keeping software and prepared payroll.

Both page visits and reach increased for the Culture of Respect Facebook account during April and other platforms used included Instagram and Twitter.
