Audrey Lépine has a bachelor’s degree in film studies from the University of Montreal and various work experiences which helped her acquire knowledge and different skills applicable in different fields of work. Her experience as an assistant director allowed her to develop communication and organization skills used for time management. Her work on a film set involved taking care of the actors, making sure they are on time and that all their needs are met. She also played a liaison role between all of the departments, such as the production team, art and lighting departments, by ensuring that if adjustments needed to be made that they were done. Other responsibilities involved managing the production team and the schedule. She is fully bilingual and will adapt to meet other people’s requirements. She is recognize as an attentive and diligent team member. With experience ranging from customer service, office work to field work, she has learned to adapt her method to fit the work environment by asking the right questions to do the job correctly from the beginning.
