Support the client implementation process by preparing contracts and set up documents, schedule and track the implementation and training of users by participating in activities such as in-person demonstrations of online banking, remote deposit capture, and merchant card services as required.Follow up with clients post-implementation and communicate the implementation status to team members.Perform operational duties and account monitoring for compliance and effectively research problems as they arise.Respond to internal and external client inquiries regarding business products and services.Assist other team members with requests for research or problem resolution, providing superior client service at all times.Assist other team members in obtaining the required PCI (Payment Card Industry) documentation from new (or existing) members.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and procedural expertise of the credit union's product line to assist business members and coworkers in resolving technical problems and service recovery.Keep abreast of current industry trends, identify potential enhancements to the bank's current product offerings, and identify new products/services that would provide a benefit to the credit union and its members.
