1/ PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT- Development of a collection of 30 eau de parfums at the launch of the brand then launch of several new products each year (perfumes, mists, boxes, oils).- Definition of the product mix. Offer, formula, scent, packaging, PRI…- Ensure the coordination of all internal and external contacts (subcontractors, suppliers, perfumers, supplies, graphic designers, etc.)- Negotiate purchases and payment terms- Management of supplies during the first 3 years of the brand then monitoring of supplies in collaboration with the person recruited subsequently- Regulatory compliance of products (tests, safety assessment, drafting of PIF)- Implementation of an ERP: Axelor, then coordination of ERP improvement projects with internal and external contacts: dev, acceptance, deployment2/ E-COMMERCE- Supervise and validate content and operations on the site (new launches, promotions, partnerships, etc.)- Monitor turnover and implement actions- Coordinate website improvement projects with external service providers (developer, agency) and the community manager: design, dev, recipe, deployment- Work with the marketing agency on traffic acquisition (provide and validate content, analyze performance, discuss the strategy to implement, etc.)3/ COMMUNICATION- Supervise and validate the development of the annual communication plan (social networks, newsletters, web, partnerships)- Follow editorial calendars on a weekly basis- Supervise and participate in the production of content for social networks (videos, photo shoots, etc.)- Analyze the performance of the operations with the community manager- Support the development of communications for resellers- Participate in the organization of professional exhibitions (France and abroad) + presence at these exhibitions4/ MANAGEMENT/HR- Supervise a team of 4-5 people: graphic designer, videographer, community manager, supply manager- Recruit work-study students and put together learning files
