Prepare accountant documents for business and owner year-end tax returns. Prepare and send out all invoices and AR statements, collect and process all payments. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements and merchant account statements. Contact clients with open invoice/statement balances, and arrange for prompt payment. Prepare new employee and new vendor agreements and appropriate tax forms for year-end tax reporting on 1099 vendors. Prepare year end 1099 and 1096 tax forms and filing. Prepare employee payroll, pay all vendors, models and talent. Receive and verify the timely payment of SAG/Aftra residuals and cycle fee payments, produce timely residual reports, and prepare re-negotiation letters for union contracts coming due for renegotiation terms.
