Use of QTL and prediction.• Estimation set creation for Top Cross and Hybrid yield performance.• Data analysis on Gibberella, Northern leaf Blight, and stress emergence (biplot creation and graph analysis). • Data quality mining for research centers in Europe: biplots creation, research of potential outlier locations.
