I am passionate about the value and impact of prison based learning and pedagogy to deliver a quality learning experience to our learners. Experience in providing strong leadership and strategic direction to our multiple staff teams working in Fife College prison learning centres in all 13 publicly owned prisons.I have excellent project management, contract negotiation, budgeting and reporting skills and embrace continuous improvement principles in order to deliver a dynamic and efficient delivery to our SPS partners and learners.Experience in contributing to national strategy discussions by collaborating with multiple stakeholders and working within legislative and policy frameworks.I am extremely proud of our staff team achievements which have been recognised at numerous awards.
