- Formulated the festival's scope (target audience, main objectives, secondary objectives, limiting factors, budget, means and tools to be used to reach the objectives, monitoring indicators) - Searched for funding and managed the budget (75.000.000 Colombian pesos collected from national and international actors for the 4 cities of the festival, Medellín, Cali, Cartagena and Bogotá) - Coordinated and animated the network of private and public actors (16 partners in Bogotá) - Designed the program (12 events, 12.000.000 COP in Bogotá) - Managed the 20 volunteers - Organized the logistics before and during the events - Evaluated the festival and drafted the final report (11.807 people reached in Bogotá)

- Monitored and implemented the Human Resources and social dialogue policy conducted at the national, European and international level by Béatrice de Lavalette, Deputy Mayor in charge of human resources and social dialogue and Vice-President of the Île-de-France region, according to 4 key aspects: Social dialogue, professional equality between women and men, support for disability, and well-being, health and safety at work - Monitored and developed the HR project “Incarnons le travail de demain” designed to evolve towards a more flexible and agile public administration, better dedicated to public performance and social progress around three aspects: remote working, innovative and open workspaces organized in “flexoffices” and a less hierarchical and less pyramidal management mode, in project mode based on objectives and results, - Ensured the development of partnerships agreements with government departments and public companies in Tunisia. Organization of study missions in Tunisia. Briefs preparations, design and animation of the training courses detailed in the action plan (negotiation, prevention of absenteeism, social dialogue etc ...).

- Organized the Foundation’s international events in Abidjan, Paris and Tunis within the framework of the Itinerant Peace Universities which bring together leading international personalities recognized for their experience in international relations, in order to raise awareness among public opinions and political leaders on the risk of conflicts and on peace education (logistical organization of missions, preparation of briefs and framing notes for the meetings with States representatives, organization of design thinking workshops on the theme of women and peace ) - Followed up and implemented the Foundation's prize “Smart Peace Prize for Early Childhood” rewarding innovative initiatives dedicated to peace education for children between 2 and 7 years old (solicitation of international candidates and support for their application) - Created and updated communication medias in French / English (website, brochures, booklet)
