Current• Teaches district approved curriculum across Gwynn Park High school, Friendly High School, and Oxon Hill High School, also provides instruction to assigned classes, and creates a conducive classroom environment for learning and peaking the interests of students.• Implements lesson plan and employs a variety of instructional techniques and media, that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students, also encourages students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior.• Evaluates pupils' academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records, and prepares progress reports to evaluate the academic performances of students and aid in prompt assistance of academically weak students.• Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals, establishes clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects to communicate course objectives to students.• Assists the administration in implementing all policies and rules relating to students and parents for education-related purposes, also maintains accurate and complete records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulations.
