Oversee regional coaching program within an $88M naval maintenance contract for the US Department of Defense (DoD). Audrey Ordenes is an organizational consultant, leadership coach and scholar/practitioner in human development, applying adult development and learning theories and evidence-based research to achieve operational resilience in organizations. As a current Ph.D. student, her area of research pertains to decision quality and the relationship between identity management and cultural norms under conditions of threat and complexity.

Reporting to the Consul General, led operations' program and managed a team to ensure policy and treaty compliance in the delivery of the Consulate’s diplomatic mission and mandate. Served as the human resources local lead for the Embassy and oversaw the Consulate's recruitment and staffing for all functional areas, including trade, government affairs, and executive support. Provided strategic advice to diplomats on sensitive and complex matters, negotiated resolutions, and conducted compliance investigations when needed. Partnered with internal legal counsel or hired outside local counsel to resolve issues.Influenced key stakeholders to reform policies to align with best industry practices. Recruited market-ready Canadian companies and coached executives on market entry strategies. Designed and implemented B2B workshops that generated viable business leads in the green building sector. Published market reports on P3 opportunities with political intelligence for clients. Cultivated and maintained effective relationships with high-level business and key government contacts.
