I practice in the areas of employment and labor law. I began my career as a Trial Attorney for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where I was awarded a Special Achievement Award in recognition of my advocacy on behalf of victims of employment discrimination. After the EEOC, I served as labor counsel to a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Cleveland. I traveled the country defending cases in federal district courts and administrative agencies throughout the United States. With the experience I gained in both the government and at a major corporation, I devoted the rest of my career to advocating on behalf of victims of discrimination in the workplace and in schools. I am a frequent lecturer on many topics regarding workers' rights and an adjunct professor in legal studies.
