Hi there! It’s me, Audrey. We may have met already, but if not here’s a little about me. I am a compassionate and competitive sales lead turned executive recruiter. I spent the last decade being a player/coach growing a recruiting firm focused on emerging technology (and had an amazing time doing it). Overcoming stereotypes is my jam and I love showing people what sales and recruiting really is while finding great people a great career. Over the years I have helped hundreds of candidates land their dream jobs and partnered with the earliest startups to the largest enterprises to build the best possible team.I’m mildly obsessed with puzzles, figuratively and literally, and was taught early by my mom “don’t believe everything you think”. I use this often when faced with a seemingly impossible roadblock and this perspective energized me into becoming the solutions-oriented and creative problem solver I am today.
