From April of 2017 to November of 2018 I had been working as a part of the Organizational Effectiveness team on my current project to support and manage the training efforts for a full scale SAP Implementation. I manage the Knowledge Transfer efforts across the project and work to support the instruction and sustainment of training.Since that time I have been serving as a Business Analyst consultant working to improve upon processes to obtain, retain and utilize IP developed by a Solutions Consulting Firm. Through interviews, case discussions and firm-focused research my team worked to develop short and long term plans for better utilizing company IP, talent and ensuring a more collaborative product is being delivered. This role has also included assisting internal sales teams to help improve business relations and outline future strategies for continued success.

Currently working with a Hitachi Organizational Change Management team to implement SAP at a Manufacturing Firm. As a part of this team my responsibilities have been content management and development for a project Roadshows to all of the client's locations. Managing the team members, both client and Hitachi, in the creation of this content and ensuring that it properly aligns with the business' processes and the technical functionality of SAP.Previously:Worked with an Oracle Testing team for an Oracle implementation for a Food Manufacturing firm. My responsibilities included creating and delivering reusable test scripts and scenarios by leveraging the business requirements and functional requirements to capture all of the business's needs. In addition to content creation and working with the Hitachi team, I worked heavily with the client to ensure all business processes were met during our testing phases to ensure proper functionality of the system. Worked with a Change Management Team to implement a SAP Project for a Chemical Production Facility. I have been working with two SAP Module teams to develop training material and knowledge transfer documents. Documentation has included Training Decks, Ancile UPerform Recordings and Work Instruction Document creation, along with Exercise Data-Sheet production. In addition to my training implementation role, I serve as a data analyst and work to input and clean up Master Data. I work on a team of both Hitachi and Client members to make sure the efforts of training allow for a smooth implementation.

I helped with regular consumer transactions along with taking custom orders. From these custom orders I would design and physically create the item for the customer. During the summer of 2013 I moved into a management position and continued to run all of the stores operations during the weekends.

Helped to develop a Supplier Segementation Strategy to further contract negotiations in the PFS Effort to lower procurement costs. These efforts include a cross-divisional questionnaire to capture current and potential supplier capabilities for Boeing. By working with an engineering team I was able to develop and distribute this questionnaire to 67 suppliers within two phases of distribution. This quesitonnaire will also help better map out the future roadblocks for negotiaiton efforts in the coming years. By alleviating the potential problems by expanding and re-baselining Boeing's supplier pool, more competitive negotiations can be made. Another effort of the summer was to begin researching the communication efforts between upper management and the individual commodity groups for strategy development; this effort will be continued past the end of my internship. I have also spent time during my internship to redevelop the PowerPoint templates used for presentations, and supplier information organization.
