I lead all production operations and original content development for creative agency DMM and our subsidiary brands

- Oversee all production and original content including programming and development of our scripted and unscripted series for WhoHaha's Apple TV + iOS app, digital platform, podcast network, television networks, studios, and brands.- Serve as Executive Producer on set overseeing production. - Negotiate all contracts pertaining to content licensing, acquisitions, and distribution for our premium series and podcasts netting 30+ deal memos. - Create deal terms and creator agreements with internal legal team. - Curate our slate of content finding unique, diverse, comedic, women+ creators with meaningful stories to tell totaling 24 (licensed) premium series discovered with over 35 million reach across all platforms. - Develop scripted and unscripted series, producing from the ground up.- Build our programming schedule liaising with internal brand marketing and community manager leads to amplify our series, podcasts, and creators. - Draft pitch decks and presentations to secure new business and partnership opportunities.

Co-founded by actress, director, and producer Elizabeth Banks, WhoHaha is a female-driven digital content studio and community, whose goal is to shine a spotlight on funny women. - Manage the production, development and programming of scripted and unscripted content for our digital platform, podcast network, television networks, studios, and brands.- Creative Executive and Supervising Producer on “Temporary” series. Liaised with Hearst teams, producing the first-ever web series for Cosmopolitan/Hearst resulting in over 1 million views premiere week. - Oversaw development and production for a 5-part series of promotional videos starring Elizabeth Banks, in partnership with Universal Pictures to promote “Pitch Perfect 3.”- Supervising Producer for “Introducing” a branded campaign series in partnership with Amazon Prime for the release of “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” following a day in the life of three female and non-binary comedians. - Worked with Elizabeth Banks and UTA providing BIPOC women+ recommendations for staffing writer’s rooms. - Spearheaded Mission-Based Initiatives: • Youtube Women In Comedy Program • mentored 100 female creators alongside Elizabeth Banks, resulting in 100 sketches filmed throughout YouTube Spaces worldwide. • WhoHaha Pilot Program • selected and oversaw 20 unique creators to pilot series and podcasts with through guidance on development, scripting, production, and filming. This incubator program resulted in the discovery of new talent that we executed future projects with.

Segment Producer (seasons 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)- 2013, 2014, 2015 team Emmy for Outstanding Reality Competition Series

- Managed all scripted and non-scripted development for Showrunner (of The Voice) with his overall deal at NBC securing comic book rights and developing and selling a scripted series to NBC Universal.- Provided story notes on treatments, read scripts for prospective projects, and created pitch books for new series.- Liaised between writers, agencies, and studio executives to build relationships and manage existing slate of projects in play.

Worked alongside the co-presidents of programming and development supporting pilot season writer staffing needs, script coverage, and daily coverage as part of a development executive trainee program.
