Assisted HRG’s and Business Partner with HR admin tasks. Prepped for onboarding new employees. During onboarding I would enter I-9 information into Equifax website and assist with system log in issues. After onboarding I would follow up with employees and supervisors. Was the first point of contact for employees after they had worked with TA. Worked with branches on specific projects such as compliance and volunteers. Process 30-day terminations as well as those who had resigned before onboarding. Familiar working with Taleo, Ultipro, UKG-Ready, and cornerstone. Assisted with any HR duties as assigned.

Assisted Lilly cares PAP program and a fast paced, high call volume call center. Assist patients in getting medication for little to no cost. I would be the first point of contact for calls, and then I would assist them or direct their call somewhere else. I would help train new employees on our program, as well as data check their work. I would work with employees to improve their skills and make sure they are performing up to standards. Assisted with low level coaching opportunities. Helped with escalations and helped resolve any issues patients had.

Worked with Benefits manager to have a functioning benefits department. Enrolled and unenrolled FT employees in benefits in ultipro as well as the vendors websites. Prep for benefits orientation. Assisted in clerical duties: filing, copying, and maintaining current employee records. Assisted in open enrollment, making sure everything was working properly and that employees enrolled correctly.
