For the past four years, I have been working in the food and beverage industry, as well as in retail. While I further my education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, I work at the nearest McDonald's store. When I am at home in Minnesota, I work at both Target and another McDonald's store putting in an average of 45 hours per week. I recently finished my second year in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management program and have a projected graduation date of May 2025. I am currently working at the Omni Hotel in Nashville, TN as an Omni Care Intern and I am excited to see where the skills that I learn during my time here will take me.
