• Render approval and decline decisions on in coming applicationsAnalyze employment profile, credit strength, property characteristics, and all other information pertinent to the credit decision process on each mortgage.
• Negotiate loan terms (where applicable) in order to satisfy the interests of the broker, the client and investor

• Perform file audit examinations within an established time frame for Home Mortgage/ Home Finance residential mortgage and home equity businesses, in accordance with Retail Financial Services (RFS) guidelines.
• Perform and complete 15-20 Audit files daily on Conventional, VA and FHA loans to determine if loan inventory complied with Chase guidelines for the purpose of salability to investors.
• Ensure timely delivery of exception files to lines of business compliance liaisons and distribute preliminary written audit results to Compliance Manager and lines of business.

• Reviewed and analyzed loan conditions to render a final loan decision in accordance with the Bank’s internal policy, Investor requirements and government regulations.
• Examined all relevant loan documentation including appraisals, credit reports, income documentation (including personal/business tax returns) and title commitment to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Calculated applicants’ financial status, credit and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting the loan..
