Training as a new home Sales Associate through New Home Star. Representing Hayden Homes Builder communities, located within the Inland Northwest region.

Provided differentiated instruction and personal support for Pre-Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, and Precalculus students in a 1-on-1 tutoring setting. Assisted students and families in academic planning, utilizing various study skills, and developing executive functioning skills. Provided test preparation instruction for high school entrance exams and SAT/ACT exams with AJ Tutoring curriculum.  Facilitated communication betweeng families, administrators, and tutors.  Advised clients on tutoring services, provided informed customer service, and closed sales contracts.

Augmented curriculum and taught middle school students mathematics and introductory science principles during the academic school year, after-school tutoring sessions, and summer review programs: Arithmetic, Pre-Algebra, Geometry, Algebra I, Biology, Chemistry, Meteorology, and Physical Sciences.

Taught a variety of summer enrichment classes for students, grades K-8. Coordinated communication between administrators, teachers, and families. Trained incoming staff and teacher assistants.

Tutored and mentored high school students of diverse backgrounds and learning needs. Lead small group classes and tutoring individuals in preparation for standardized math testing. Collaborated with mathematics department faculty to provide coverage and additional student support. Coached cross country and track athletes.
