Duties include full administrative support to the Sr. Director of Customer Solutions, as well as 3 directors and respective department. Ongoing tasks include travel arrangements, expense reporting system - SPERA, meetings thru Outlook, present Interwise events and schedule iSeminars for over 100 people, maintain large data base in Access for entire Field.

I support the ConsumerHealth Division (formerly Schering-Plough HealthCare Products)

Duties include full secretarial support for the Vice President of Customer Solutions and his respective department, i.e. coordinating meetings, processing expense reports, travel arrangements, coordination of large National Sales Meetings, new product launches, along with dealing with senior management at many high focus customers including Wal-Mart.

Besides all departmental administrative support, position included all international relocations for Schering International employees. Tasks included working independently with moving companies, insurance companies, and many senior officers of the Company being relocated to overseas and U.S. subsidiaries. Performed all facets of Import Specialist position.
