Assistant To Senior Director
CurrentDuties include full administrative support to the Sr. Director of Customer Solutions, as well as 3 directors and respective department. Ongoing tasks include travel arrangements, expense reporting system - SPERA, meetings thru Outlook, present Interwise events and schedule iSeminars for over 100 people, maintain large data base in Access for entire Field Sales Force including Brokers, coordinate company vehicles for Sales Force as well as 28 vans for Suncare reps--working closely with the Fleet Dept, update topline Nielsen reports on the CHC Net in Netscape program, prepare Excel spreadsheets, and complete preparation and maintenance of several very large dollar amount RFC's, as well as tracking all invoices paid against these Requests For Concurrence.
