Main task: Personnel administration sector Transport. Clerks, drivers and warehouse workers (+-210 employees). Right and left hand of the HR manager. All kinds of order management (clothing, shoes, ...), cell phone and badge system management, social documents. Leading HR colleague. Follow up, coaching and guidance. Co-organizing staff events, annual mandatory trainings, medical examinations, trainings of all kinds (first aid, fire,...). Communication pivot between employer and employee, sending memos, adapting TV messages.

* Main task: Personnel administration of several casino's (+- 55 staff members). Both recruitment (looking for new employees) and further processing and payment of persons. Organization and preparation of timetables.* All Round Administration: At the opening and start-up of new branches I ensured a smooth process. This went from looking for staff members to ordering supplies (a coffee machine, bags, flagpoles), to drawing up staff schedules and looking for solutions to problems. * Furthermore, I regularly had a support function in the Marketing department. Looking for gadgets, requesting price quotes, helping to organize events, Ordering and designing new room/facade decorations, flyers and posters, as well as taking care of the necessary applications and permits with the municipalities. In the initial phase of the 'marketing service', I also took care of the further development, follow-up and management of the website.

Searching for and recruiting people, planning for starters, arranging all appointments up to making contracts, correct payment of temporary workers and also all necessary administration. Devising and implementing actions was also part of my work area. Coaching, supporting and following up the growth of people was undoubtedly the underlying responsibility of the extensive range of tasks. This for both the office in Aalst and the office in Ninove. From June 2008 only for the Ninove office due to the success, popularity and growth of the service cheque business in that region. About 70 people were working there using service cheques for which I was responsible.
