In 2024 I graduated from Wheaton College, IL in three years. I majored in communication with an emphasis in media studies plus a journalism certificate. While being a student athlete playing tennis for my college, my passion to work in sports grew more. During the summer of 2022, I interned at a law firm. This internship allowed me the ability to deepen my writing skills and research capabilities. Starting Jan. 2023, I took a position at my college as a sports journalist and broadcaster for our sports media team. The summer of 2023 through the 2023-2024 academic school year I interned with the NBC Sports news desk where I wrote headlines, worked on the NBC Sports site, and was given the opportunity to write for Golf Channel. In the summer of 2024 I had a temporary position working the Olympics as a digital affiliate editor. Currently as of August 2024, I am working as a freelance production assistant for Golf Channel at NBC sports. My professors and peers would describe me as ambitious, driven, hardworking, a leader, focused, and outgoing. Specific fields of interest post-college include sports journalism, broadcasting, and media.
