I strategized and redesigned our entire direct marketing program, successfully increase open rates by nearly three times. I created new communication events and opportunities to engage our retailers. In my first year at Cellucom I was chosen by Tracfone executives to lead an education session for conference event across the entire company and other Master Agencies. End-to-end marketing program development for small businesses and associations. Including web and digital, collateral, programmatic campaigns, event creation, community outreach, advertising media buys, ad concepting, design & fulfillment. Starting in 2011 with a select group of clients, I grew the scope of services offered from design & print fulfillment to include retainer-based accounts providing full marketing planning, media placement strategy, promotion planning, digital marketing, and social media content management and design. My largest and longest client was the Outer Banks Restaurant Association for whom I fully managed all promotion and management of their annual events (3), spearheaded monthly association meetings, and individually consulted with members on creating trend forward ideas for their food events. I managed the event budget and profit sheets, grant requirements and reporting, all metrics and analytics, membership recruitment and retention programs. I organized, sold advertising, designed and printed our annual program book for their (largest) Taste of the Beach event.
