Teaching Assistant for Industrial Engineering junior level classes: Operations Research I and II (IMSE 550 and 560). Responsibilities include:Holding office hours twice a week to assist students on homework, projects, and studying for midterm exams. Responding to student emails in a professional manner to answer questions and offer support outside of office hours.Grading student homework submissions, projects, and exams.

Collect and organize outage and location data from devices using NMS and PowerBIsoftware. Summarize data in Excel for maintenance check purposes.Create, assign, and close work orders in an online database.Participate in crew visits and attend daily maintenance crew meetings, exposed to managing aunionized workforce.

Greeting and assisting residents, organizing mail, sending emails, training inemergency response.Managed equipment and key inventory through an online portal.
