Designed and implemented a scalable solution to publish custom metrics for various API calls across multiple services interacting with various external providers, enhancing monitoring and performance analysis capabilities. Once integrated, a user-friendly Datadog dashboard interface was created to visualize and interpret custom metrics, empowering the business team to lead data-driven negotiations with external providers. Practiced effective collaboration with cross-functional teams on GitHub, actively participating in code reviews and approving pull requests to maintain code quality and project integrity. Additionally, acquired valuable insights into Agile methodologies and project management, leading the research, planning, architecture diagramming, implementation, and unit and integration testing phases to deliver successful project outcomes.

Attended weekly meetings for planning all Greek philanthropic events, hosting roundtable discussions and speakers on important campus issues, educating members about policies and procedures, and overseeing recruitment. Served on the governing board of Alpha Lambda chapter and place the chapter's vote on all Panhellenic issues.

Integrated the company with messaging systems, like SimpleTexting, through web applications allowing clients of bLoyal to use these messaging systems to communicate with their consumers. These integrations and REST API calls were tested by the use of Postman. Additionally, contributed to research and development of their new Hyperledger blockchain platform.
