Provided individual and family therapy to at risk teens in a therapeutic college preparatory high school. Designed and implemented student and family seminars. Consulted and work within a systems approach along side academic and residential staff in student programs.•Assessed and treated at-risk adolescents in a therapeutic boarding school setting; students present with diagnosis such as PTSD, Bi-Polar, Eating Disorders, ODD, OCD, Depression, Anxiety, Attachment Disorders, and/or a variety of Co-Morbid and/or Axis II diagnoses (primarily Borderline Personality Disorder/features and Conduct Disorder). Also, Provide treatment for students with Substance Dependency/Addiction. •Facilitated individual and group therapy using a wide range of therapeutic interventions and approaches (ex: DBT, Solution-Focused, Insight Oriented, Seven Challenges, CBT, Reality, EMDR, Family Systems, Psychodrama etc.) •Facilitated diverse therapeutic groups: Transitions Group, Coping Skills Group, Girls Group, Stages of Change group, Loss and Grief group, Relapse Prevention Group, LGBT group, and DBT Group. •Provided psycho education to families, as well as family counseling.•Developed and implemented student and family psycho educational and psychotherapy workshops. •Planned and implemented individualized treatment plans.•Supervised and worked closely with residential and academic staff to carry out therapeutic goals.•Collaborated with Educational Consultants and College Counselors to assist with discharge and transitional planning. •Prepared Progress Notes and Discharge Summaries.
