I love helping people find solutions to their challenges. Solving problems for my friend or my customer adds joy and depth to my daily life. As an ISFJ, I crave connecting with others on a deeper, empathetic level than mere surface chit chat. Being detailed, organized and intentional about my decisions helps me accomplish these things and more!I enjoy working with my husband, Alan Falls, in our cleaning & restoration business. He has taught me many lessons like "You can't outperform your knowledge" and he has encouraged me to expand my skill set. We both love to help others and, while we tend to be perfectionists when it comes to cleaning, these are inherent core qualities and they have contributed greatly to our success in the cleaning and restoration industry.When we aren't working, we enjoy spending time with our Yorkie, Wrigley, spending the day boating at the lake, hiking, kayaking, going to concerts, volunteering to help others with our congregation, traveling to National Parks, taking care of our vegetable garden, and perfecting our fresh salsa recipe.
