CurrentIn charge of CELINE national Wholesales/Franchisee Marketing planning and execution, CRM planning and execution; South Region-Ownership Stores all Marketing activities planning and execution, VIP database development Gerald Genta PR/Marketing for all below objectives:ATL & BTL To constantly review and develop ATL & BTL grand plan bi-monthly to react the market changes for Genta brand and CELINE nationally.To organize creative and effective events in high ROI with different objectives and targets (relationship building sales, increase CRM database, Brand awareness etc) for both brands, 3 channels. Plan and implement effective CRM activity to achieve yearly goal.Devise a process flow onMarketing intelligence on competitors To strengthen brand awareness for 3 channels in China at least 1 targeted activity in each city, ie cooperate with banks, cars, clubs, hotels, chambers etc. and develop database for direct mailing and event invitationsTo devise a specific strategic plan for Watch activities both for Genta and CELINE Ownership/Wholesales channel, ie DM, special activities…To sustain and further grow business in Shanghai and to devise plan to improve brand awareness for 3 channels.To provide monthly report and quarterly marketing report to National Marketing Head include sales analysis and competitors’ activities analysis.To execute CRM programs for stores at least 2 times a year for 3 channels ie customer delight awards, the public welfares projects for ecological protection.VM execution for stores in 3 channels.Assist National Marketing head for the grid, VM management for new store openingTo prepare Brand Plan for Genta and CELINE Watch yearly.External & Internal RelationsTo work closely with PR to leverage on press activities and important client activitiesTo work closely with HQ and ensure smooth communications.Keep good relationship with media agency and business partners
