The Master Control Supervisor works within 5stream’s Broadcast Services businessunit, assisting in the operation and supervision of master control personnel andinfrastructure to ensure performance goals and service level agreements are met forall clients. The Broadcast Manager is the lead of the Broadcast Operations team, working to ensurethe continual broadcast of high quality community television content on the Channel 31(Digital 44) service in the Metropolitan Melbourne region, support program producers in thedevelopment and broadcast of their programs and work with operational staff to train andmanage volunteer teams moving throughout the organisation.

SYN is a media organisation run by a community of young people that provides training and broadcast opportunities for young Australians. I have been a part of the Show 1700 and over the last two years I have experienced all roles and have been lucky enough to go into a Executive Producer role with the show - this includes managing a team of over 30, creating run sheets, troubleshooting errors and mistakes, developing a better understanding of patience and teamwork.

Working directly with clients from all over the world to create conferences, weddings and events. Advanced hospitality skills – event management, front of house, front office/ reservations, food and beverage service, executive host and all related administrative requirements.
