Lead and champion the development and implementation of proactive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the organization to promote a thriving diverse, multicultural, equitable, ethical, and inclusive work place where employees succeed, knowledge is advanced, and global engagement is championed. It is my role to work across the organization to optimize organizational culture, align the organizations diversity and inclusion goals with business outcomes, and be able to respond to changes or policies that occur outside of the organization which affect organizational culture or employee and customer populations. Collaborate with corporate recruiting and leadership to identify qualified, diverse candidates/employees for hiring consideration and/or promotion opportunities. Coordinate with the national training department to develop and implement training for team members at all levels to increase awareness and improve cultural competency. Continually partner with multi-layered leadership, HR/Careers and Team members at all levels and departments to create a Culture of Kindness, Care and Belonging.

Provided oversight of daily operations in multiple branch locations, combined with direct leadership engagement and training in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Albuquerque & Oklahoma. Developed and implemented strategies to execute to production and quality standards while ensuring critical deadlines were met. Communicated and interacted with internal client partners to ensure staffing, technology and other needs were in line with capacity. Responsible for monitoring the productivity of loan processing, closing and underwriting activities to ensure efficient pipeline management flow. Developed a robust professional development plan to coach team members and leadership throughout the company and within the region. Assisted the management team with development and implementation of succession plans through mentorship. Proactively recruited, interviewed, hired and onboarded qualified candidates for the company and for the regional Processing Centers.
