The IT Project Management Office is focused on: Uniting IT through our People, Process and Leadership. As a Project Manager we ensure scope, specifications, deliverables, timelines and tasks are clearly defined, understood, and agreed upon. We identify and collaborate with technical project team members and business stakeholders to build a project approach and plan. We set the tone of the project with a clear communication plan, and identify and track critical path activities, risks and issues with clear mitigation plans. We then communicate those out through change management as needed. Project Examples: • Lead SaaS projects through successful deployments. One specifically with a $1.3MM project budget, 10 project team members, planned a two phased approach that includes North American and Latin American deployments. • Implemented a Finance, Retail preferred bank solution. Lead an 11-person project team with a $300K project budget through a three phased approach. Successful collaboration between IT and the Retail Business Operations team through regular cadence communications planning and execution. • Managed a vendor lead assessment across multiple business units with over 90 stakeholders. Project was on time, on budget, and all deliverables were approved. • Experience taking over several existing projects. Quickly established roles, vision, plan, and objectives. Reviewed the budget and resources along with communication, documentation and the big picture with project team and sponsor. • Completed White Belt Six Sigma Training, Situational Leadership, Speed of Trust, PMI Boot Camp, MS Project 2016, and Excel 2016 Level 2• Manage 4-7 concurrent projects in cross functional business areas where this may include; Tax, Treasury, Finance, Product Development, Retail, and Marketing. • ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management - GR750406608AH
