I spearheaded the transition of the new power plant from construction to commercial operation, overseeing critical aspects such as the on-boarding of a third-party operator, spare parts procurement, and contractor selection. Collaborating closely with the new OM team, we reviewed contract documents to ensured a seamless transition to commercial operation. Outlined the warranty requirements from both the power train OEM and EPC contracts for efficient monitoring. Additionally, I worked with team members to optimize performance guarantees and minimize disputes in the Long-Term Service Agreement contract. Alongside these operational responsibilities, I managed budgeting and reporting for headquarters, providing transparent and comprehensive insights. Furthermore, I actively participated in the sales process, facilitating the divestment of a minority stake in the asset. After the transition period, I monitor the plant OM activities for best practices and participate in maintenance outage preparation.

I served as one of three owners' representatives, overseeing the EPC aspects for a gas-fired power generation facility project. My responsibilities included reviewing safety programs, monitoring incidents, and driving continuous improvements. I managed permitting requirements, environmental reporting, and facilitated communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring timely updates to partners and lenders. Additionally, I collaborated with the Owner's Engineering team to ensure EPC compliance with contract specifications.
