- Worked with a small team of 5 other onsite Project Launch engineers to manage a team of 25 contracted technicians for beta testing autonomous drive units with aim to automate stage of fulfillment process. Developed test plan in coordination with Product Launch Manager and TPMs.• Worked with test engineers to identify and understand severity of key SW & HW problems. Escalated issues accordingly to engineering teams for SW, FW, HW and Systems Architecture to support root cause investigation and corrective action.

- Performed mechanical design, simulation, and analysis of component parts and assemblies- Designed and developed new rehabilitation technologies in coordination with the engineering team- Optimized and revised existing mechanical designs based on clinical feedback- Supported FDA regulatory efforts with testing and documentation- Supported manufacturing efforts with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA), manufacturing drawings, weld drawings, and documentation- Lead a significant redesign of the medical device that required extensive creativity and ingenuity to solve a complex mechanical and biomechanical challenge. - Analyzed medical image (PET/CT) data acquired from ongoing pre-clinical studies of tuberculosis utilizing non-human primates.- Identified radiographically significant features on pre-necropsy PET/CT scans and correlated imaging features with features evident at necropsy to guide the necropsy team on collection of lesions.- Attended necropsies in a BSL-3 facility of experimentally infected animals.

Research Concentration: Hallux Valgus (foot bunion) deformity.• Assisted in the manufacturing and assembly of a weight bearing foot pedal device that goes into a CT machine and mimics that of a standing CT machine• Developed a method to consistently measure a specific bone in the foot that plays a critical role in the development of the Hallux Valgus deformity using the program Mimics• Learned to effectively and efficiently communicate with patients through my role as study coordinator• Enhanced communication skills by presenting my research findings to an audience of 80 at the ASB conference

Led lab section of 85 students. Responsible for grading assignments, class participation, and exams. Designed and maintained individual course sections via Blackboard. Scheduled regular office hours to meet with students. Collaborated with a team of faculty at weekly meetings and actively contributed new ideas on teaching.

Performed hardware certifications on ANSYS software using various operating systems, graphics cards and vendor hardware. Reported and investigated defects encountered during testing. Followed QA procedures for test/defect submission. Created and debugged automated GUI test using Sikuli.

Developed system for data entry and tracking of inventory. Learned about the manufacturing process needed for manufacturing submarine motors.
