Working cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout the company and with input from my team, I successfully developed and launched Zwift’s first microgrant program, which I previously proposed at the end of my summer 2022 internship.- Developed and executed new microgrant program to gift $25k, plus memberships to Zwift gaming platform, to 5 nonprofit organizations. Wrote program policy, wrote communications and created schedule for internal and public promotion, developed scoring criteria and process, managed communication with nonprofit grant applicants and other interested parties. Collaborated with 6 cross-functional teams to promote and fund the program. Reviewed 87 applications, choosing the top 10 for Inclusion Council to vote on.
