I am an attorney at Clark Hill with a practice that focuses on corporate restructuring, creditor's rights, and workouts of distressed debt transactions. I am recognized as a "Ones to Watch" by U.S. News - Best Lawyers in the Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law practice area. In my practice, I regularly assist clients across the United States in the retail, oil & gas, banking, manufacturing and real estate sectors. Additionally, I assist lenders and energy companies in assessing their rights and remedies in secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code and Texas Property Code. In the community, I currently serve as the Professional Education Liaison for the State Bar of Texas, Bankruptcy Law Section, Young Lawyers Committee, and President-Elect of the DFW Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers.Prior to joining Clark Hill, I clerked for Chief Judge Ronald B. King of the United States Bankruptcy Courts. I graduated in the top 25% of the May 2016 Juris Doctor recipients from SMU Dedman School of Law and I also served as the Managing Editor of the SMU Science & Technology Law Review.
