- 2 months’ sales targets for 2 areas were achieved through planning & collaboration with distributor’s supervisor on sales opportunity maximization for insufficient funds outlets.- 5 major mini illicit distributing strongholds were identified and reported to the legal team as a result of participation in the illicit identification program- Successfully led Stronghold Identification Project to identify strongholds in 2 different aspects: 1) Merchandising stronghold, 2) Cigarette brand & flavor stronghold, for future targeting references - Unconventional point-of-sales opportunity program proposed & executed: Commercialized fishing competition, for VFM (Value for Money) brands on 2 reasons: 1) 40% of VFM smokers are competitor’s, 2) cigarette consumption peaked during the wait for a catch- Inventory check system was created for the distributor to keep track of the Point-of-Sales-Materials (POSM) in the store

- 90% of 120 outlets achieved targets (+10% of actual sales) given for all sales drive programs through strong relationship establishment & engagement with trade partners- Engaged & acquire potential BAT’s point-of-sale strategic outlets in a saturated tobacco market- Led & organized 2 below-the-line branding event which led to a total participation of 800 bikers - Assisted in incentive scheme development for Caltex petrol mart following a small scaled boycott- Success rate of an average 4.5 smoker converts per day (A convert smokes a new brand for 2 weeks consecutively), totaling 200 converts, through leading & managing an Independent-Ambassador program for 1.5 months- 3 months of area sales target +5% achieved despite the slowdown during Ramadan month
