– GET UP is UP IE Club’s brand for UP themed merchandise to raise funds for the organization’s projects and initiatives, currently selling dri-fit shirts for this semester– Brainstormed and designed items to sell, handled social media promotions, and managed orders for over 200 shirts from production to delivery

Tracked the performance and managed grades of over 70 applicants, worked with the organization’s vice presidents to compile tasks and events required of the applicants, and handled the applicant Facebook group to efficiently disseminate information

– IEx is a project aiming to promote the wide application of Industrial Engineering in different fields and introduce it as a degree program to the public. It is broken down into two events, namely the IEx Sessions which is a string of talks, and IEdeation which is an idea generation competition.– Rebranded UP IE Club’s previous event, Ergonomics Convention, to the Industrial Engineering Expo, selected the theme and topics of the IEx Sessions and IEdeathon, and organized program flows and scripts for both events

– In charge of corporate relations and sponsorships for the whole organization throughout the academic year, and promoting financial and marketing literacy within the organization through various initiatives– Updated the organization’s marketing database of over 1000 contacts; worked with marketing heads to acquire sponsors and conduct marketing gimmicks for the organization’s projects, closing deals totaling to Php 100,000

– Get CET! is the organization’s UPCAT review project, consisting of refresher courses and reviewer sales catering to Grade 12 students– Handled printing, packaging, and shipping for over 200 orders of our comprehensive reviewers and mock exam booklets

– ErgoCon is a whole day event consisting of seminars, workshops, and a case study revolving around the importance and application of Ergonomics and Human Factors, an important IE tool.– Helped with venue, food, gift bags, certificates, and other logistical needs for speakers, panelists, and over 100 participants

Created initiatives and planned events to welcome the new batch of Industrial Engineering students; executed campus tours, exam review sessions, and various get-togethers for over 70 freshmen to help them meet batchmates and upperclassmen

Contacted companies and organizations to partner with UP CAPES for different career development and networking events throughout the academic year; successfully secured partnerships with 3 major companies

Handled external relations for UP CAPES' annual career networking events, namely Mentorship, Company Mixer, and Jobfair; facilitated communications with students and consultants, procured gifts and tokens for speakers and guests

Contacted bands and singers to perform in Cosmos, organized the event’s program flow, held dry runs and planned contingencies, and helped in brainstorming and executing promotions for the event

– MarkEd is the flagship project of UP JMA centered on marketing education. MarkEd 360 is the case competition arm of the project, executing a marketing bootcamp, mentorship sessions, and a culminating case competition for high school students.– Handled external relations for the events by contacting companies to be case partners, reaching out to alumni to be speakers and mentors, and managing participant submissions; aided in organizing program flows for the marketing bootcamp and mentorship sessions

Contacted companies regarding partnership opportunities with UP JMA, managed the organization’s opportunity portal, and organized Career Day wherein a corporate partner gave a company talk to the organization

Planned and executed activations that are catered to and engage with the target consumers to build brand awareness for UP JMA's corporate partners, namely Knorr, Huawei, Clink.ph, and Nala Woman

Managed the daily log of plastics collected and sorted, scheduled pick-ups of plastic around Metro Manila, revamped the team’s collection spreadsheet, and initiated the creation of a collection dashboard to better visualize and present data to the organization and its stakeholders

Planned events and executed initiatives throughout the community quarantine that centered on strengthening bonds between members and alumni and showing member appreciation

Managed the bike sharing system within the campus, tracked conditions and handled maintenance of bikes, locks, racks, and other assets of the organization

– Crash Course is an Alternative Classroom Learning Experience about the basics of riding a bike– Scouted for tutors, handled logistics for transporting bikes and helmets, and procuring water, food, and tokens for the tutors

– First Day Ride is a biking campus tour for incoming freshmen and transferees– Handled fundraising, budgeting, procuring giveaways and snacks, collecting fees, and creating financial reports

Organized and executed "Harana: A Benefit Gig", a small benefit concert with an intimate acoustic theme, featuring 5 signed artists, garnering 60 attendees, and raising Php 10,000 for our chosen beneficiary
