As a Health, Safety, & Environment Specialist at JLL and Founder of Bloom Ergonomics, I combine my expertise in occupational therapy, environment health & safety (EHS), space planning/design, and ergonomics to provide holistic and human-centered design solutions for employees and clients worldwide. I have a passion for health and wellness, and I aim to blend each individual and the workspace to maximize efficiency and minimize risks. I want every person to feel safe with a sense of belonging in their work environment. I find joy in expanding my knowledge and staying informed about how design can be more accessible and inclusive for everyone. I have extensive experience in vendor management of FF&E and furniture specification with major manufacturers including Steelcase, Haworth, and Herman Miller/Miller Knoll. I am pursuing my Interior Design Digital Production Certificate to enhance my proficiency in industry-standard software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Photoshop, focusing on digital design for interior architectural projects including floorplans and space planning.I have worked with diverse populations and settings, including the campus, health center, and laboratories at UCLA. As a member of the global team at Oracle, I have had the opportunity to work with employees all over the world from various cultural backgrounds. I have also delivered occupational therapy and movement training for people with various abilities, disabilities, and illnesses in the healthcare setting. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new technologies, and collaborate with others to improve the quality of life and work for people. I am passionate about diversity, and inclusion and practice it daily. I am interested in sustainability and design (WELL AP) and always try to look at things from different perspectives.
