Our expansive office network also creates a fast-paced, energetic work environment that provides opportunities for travel and interaction with international teams.My roles and responsibilities- Responsible for sourcing new talent through various channels- Engage with interested candidates and conducting initial interview- Evaluate recruitment strategy performance and draft related reports- Orientate new staff and facilitate on-boarding procedures- Assist with recruitment strategy and headcount requisition- Assist with HR related initiatives, including tracking performance of new staff and ensuring smooth transition into the Group working environment.
