About Audrey Nightlinger, Mba
My mission in life is empathetic problem solving, which helps guide everything I do. I completed my MBA in Australia where the program’s focus was in Design Thinking. This was my first introduction to Human-Centered Design Thinking and I have been hooked ever since. Over the last few years I have applied Design Thinking to transform business processes. I work to balance human desires with business needs and can tell compelling stories with qualitative and quantitative data.I use human centered design to disrupt the common phrase, "we've always done it this way" to co-design innovative ideas. People describe me as driven, curious, and warm. My strengths are in integration, systems thinking, communication, and openness. I am a creative doer, a giver, and truly believe in achieving greater success through sharing knowledge and bringing people along with me. Outside of work, I have an art LLC called Night by design and sell art locally in Seattle. I also enjoy hiking, skiing, and spending time with my 20-year-old tuxedo kittyMy tool kit:Design Thinking, Mural, Miro, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, EventBuilder, SharePoint, Teams, Asana, Slack, Shopify, Inventory Planner, Amazon Seller Central, Locate Inventory, Hubstaff, 3PL Central, SoStocked
