I co-lead a Project Associate Forum with the Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development that develops and grows 15 project associates across TCB’s 5 regions. I identify skill gaps and create tools and facilitate trainings to address those gaps. I collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development and the Regional Vice Presidents to determine inefficiencies and make a plan to decrease those inefficiencies. I cultivate collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to advance TCB's New York/New Jersey's real estate projects from prospecting to construction completion. Additionally I planned, coordinated and designed an 88-person company retreat that had a 98% satisfaction rate.

I was on Safe Horizon's Junior Board from February 2017 through February of 2024. During my time on the junior board, I was on the nominations and governance committee from 2017 - 2018, was the vice chair from 2018 - 2020 and was the board chair from 2020 through 2024. As chair, I lead a team of 14 professionals to raise funds and awareness for Safe Horizon and the services they offer. I held individual meetings with members to discuss goals and strategize how each member could best use their skills to support Safe Horizon. I set clear expectations for each member and communicated regularly to keep engagement with the organization high. In addition to my leadership position, I personally raised over $15k through participating in five New York City Marathons, one New York City Half Marathon,

I held various roles on the Capital One Multifamily and Healthcare team. Some of my responsibilities included collaborating with colleagues and external parties to ensure the execution of loan closings, evaluating documents for compliance, and managing due diligence. I also represented the FHA team in department-wide roundtable meetings. Additionally, I served as the liaison between the FHA team and our Salesforce representative in order to trouble-shoot problems and tailor the site to our needs.

Shanghai, China

I was contracted out to various schools in Shanghai where I designed and taught classes of up to 50 students. The students ranged in age from 3 – 14. My students’ English abilities varied greatly, so I had to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the needs of each learner. I created a safe space in my classroom so that each student could practice his or her English with confidence. I presented demonstration lessons to potential schools and parents in order to win more business for Corneil Language and Computer Training. While in Shanghai, I also tutored students as young as 5 to adult learners.

I was the only foreign teacher at Song Quan Middle School where I designed and taught weekly English lessons to classes of up to 50 students. My students’ English abilities varied greatly, so I had to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the needs of each learner. I created a safe space in my classroom so that each student could practice his or her English with confidence. I presented demonstration lessons to the Board of Education. Additionally, I conducted professional development training sessions for English teachers at Song Quan Middle School. While in Shenzhen, I also tutored students as young as 5 to adult learners.
