- Act as the primary contact for supporting 1,000+ employees in an SSO environment, providing both on-prem and remote IT support across 80+ stores and 3 distribution centers in Canada and the U.S.
- Manage user identities and access controls through Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring secure authentication across the organization.
- Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding,maintaining appropriate access controls across systems.
- Manage mobile device authentication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve access and authentication issues, ensuring proper system access for all users.
- Provide specialized IT support for retail operations.
