I was the project lead on the award-winning CoverMyMeds Medication Access Report, CMM’s biggest annual piece of thought leadership content. In addition to writing the report and related content, I worked with survey vendors, product experts and researchers to write and conduct surveys with patients, providers and pharmacists to understand what's affecting medication access, affordability and adherence. Through industry research and guidance from experts, I then plugged in where technology and humanity can help improve the patient medication access journey. We show how this can happen through real stories of people living with chronic conditions, captured in their words, images and voices. Through this report and the patient stories, I helped set the tone for speaking opportunities, blog posts, product overviews and external media placements throughout the year.
