Epidemiologist and biostatistician with experience designing, implementing, and analyzing experimental and observational studies in public health and clinical medicine. My research interests center on social and economic policy interventions to reduce health inequities, and developing causal inference methods with these applications in mind. I have also worked extensively on human microbiome research and have ability to work with genomic data, machine learning, econometric and epidemiologic approaches to causality, Bayesian approaches, social network analysis, complex longitudinal data, and descriptive visualization of high dimensional data.
