I am a Senior at the University of Minnesota Duluth studying Marketing and Graphic design through the Labovitz School of Business and Economics. I study both marketing and graphic design because it gives me the tools to connect ideas with people in creative, impactful ways. Marketing challenges me to understand what motivates people and how to communicate effectively, while graphic design lets me express these ideas visually, adding color and personality to messages.I recently completed an internship for Lake Superior Marketing as a Marketing Intern in the summer of 2024. While at Lake Superior Marketing, I actively contributed to a range of marketing campaigns and projects aimed at promoting our clients’ brands. This internship was a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and graphic design, as I was able to learn every corner of what it takes to market for a client.Additionally, I work as the marketing and graphic design personnel for the Tweed Museum of Art at UMD, where I design posters, signage, directories, social media posts, calendars, and labels, consistently creatively used brand standards, manage multiple projects at a time while maintain organization and communication, and collaborate with local print shops to produce design projects. This experience has allowed me to use my knowledge from classes for real world purposes, and has overall made me a better designer.I would love to connect with you all!
