As a Back of House Manager at Knoebel Events, I prepare and cook food for private and corporate events of various sizes, ranging from 20 to 200 people. I also ensure proper cleaning and sanitization standards when closing the kitchen, and instruct and teach fellow team members on different tasks and skills.I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Denver, where I learn about the principles and practices of the hospitality industry. I have also obtained Microsoft certifications in Excel and PowerPoint, and a ServSafe Manager certification, demonstrating my proficiency in using various tools and software for hospitality management.I am passionate about creating memorable and satisfying experiences for guests and customers, and solving problems and challenges that may arise in the hospitality field.
