Focus on : Augmented Reality /Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Visual Search, Product search, Text search- Acting as a Program manager by creating and building strong relationships with dozens of customers throughout the entire Amazon structure- Generating datasets successfully while working with CV engineers - Designing the quality control process for datasets specific for machine learning use- Creating an overall vendor partnership strategy for machine learning needs - Managing A9 vendor portfolio ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved- Negotiating and drafting contracts, negotiating overall pricing strategy- Working closely with legal and finance for overall strategies

- Creating, Implementing and improving processes on data projects linked to mobile ads, mobile apps, public policies implications on social network, mobile search, online safety search- Streamlining different processes and policies to implement them in 3 different locations at a bigger scale (US, Asia, Europe) for different ML data labeling projects- Auditing the quality of all analysts on the project (feedback sessions and action plans)- Reporting feedback to the management team on error trends and risk assessment (RCA, FMEA, Mitigation plan...)- Calibrating with ML teams on policy knowledge to ensure consistent quality assurance across board.- Developing and maintaining knowledge of ML teams and their specific business processes.- Developing and maintaining an understanding of Service Level Agreements and department’s key performance requirements linked to the various ML products (productivity, quality agreement rate...) impacted by data labeling initiatives- Identifying root causes for ML engineering teams dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall satisfaction

Audit and Quality check of audio transcription projects for Siri product and features.

- Managing a team of 4 including recruiting and conducting internal reviews- Evaluating, selecting and negotiating with over 20 partners for France and 10+ other countries on compliance, payment processes, and efficiencies- Participating in cross-functional business projects designing and driving requirements for process flow (improving CRM processes and compliance achievement rates per country)- Consulted and implemented the Managed Service Provider program for Microsoft France and Cisco UK, giving legal and compliance guidance on the supplier vetting process to the clients- Producing and analyzing weekly and monthly reports- Ensuring all contracts, procedures and supporting documents are compliant with Commercial, Immigration & Employment laws for France and non UK regions- Giving training to sales teams on compliance, contracts and procedures in English and French- Drafting, negotiating and managing around 5,000 contractual agreements valued €210m/yr with clients, partners, and vendors
