I currently work as a spontaneous PRN occupational therapist. Evaluated patients using Functional Independence Measure (FIM) and quality independence measures (QIM). Provided status updates and projected treatment plan for each patient during weekly healthcare team conferences. Observed aortic value replacement, knee replacement, and hip replacement surgeries. Treated patients primarily with CVAs, CABGs, TBIs, distal humerus fractures, amputations, and hip and knee replacements. Assisted in neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) to facilitate normal movement patterns for stroke recovery population.
