Key Responsibilities:• Led the creative conceptualisation and execution of marketing and publicity materials across various mediums and channels: graphic design, social media, copywriting/editing and video production/editing• Volunteer engagement: Supported and liaised with local and overseas volunteers who contributed to The Red Pencil through different aspects (Citi-YMCA Youth for Causes, humanitarian missions, fundraising..etc)• Community outreach: Engaged and forged new partnerships with various stakeholders (art therapists, fundraisers, donors, social service agencies, schools, students, artists). Worked closely with the local and international team to develop and execute various communications and outreach strategies to promote art therapy programmes as well as fundraising initiatives. • Planned and coordinated art therapy awareness events with the local and international team. Represented The Red Pencil at these events to engage with the local community.• Managed accounts on digital fundraising platforms such as Giving.sg and Give.asia• Provided support in donor reporting and tracking of qualitative and quantitative data

Key Responsibilities:• Liaison to local and international artists - provided support in matters related to exhibitions, artworks or other administrative matters• Led the creative conceptualisation and production of collaterals such as exhibition e-catalogues, e-invitations, web-banners, e-newsletters, wall-text, videos and other promotional materials• Photographic documentation of gallery space and artworks for archival purposes• Public relations and communications - Responsible for writing and research of content for publications and marketing collaterals. Identified press contacts and got in touch with them to promote new artists and exhibitions in the local newspapers.• Involved in outreach and programming - Conducted gallery tours for visitors. Assisted with the conceptualisation and coordination of gallery programmes, including exhibitions, private events and artist talks:o Kumari Nahappan - A Private Viewing (Solo exhibition)o Afterimage (Group exhibition and artist talk)o The Ink Art of Zhuang Shengtao (Solo exhibition)o When Space Dissolves into Luminosity; Where Flowers Bloom Amidst Rocks (Group exhibition)o Undertone (Group exhibition)o Lee Wen - Artist Talko Along the Great Path - A Solo Exhibition of Wang Dongling’s Calligraphic Repertoire (Solo exhibition and live performance)• Front-of-house duties and client relations - attended to walk-in visitors on a daily basis and during exhibition receptions. Identified potential clients and assisted them with their sales enquiries. Recommended suitable art pieces based on their requirements and followed-up with sales quotations.• Assisted in the handling and hanging of artworks, set-up and de-installation of exhibitions. • Involved in the logistics and preparation for international art fairs and exhibitions, provided support in the packing and shipping of artworks to overseas venues.
